Management do gossip a lot

Everything else. Management is worse I have ever seen. The turnover here is unreal. In a very short time, you will see why. EXTREMELY unrealistic productivity goals that a machine could not even reach. Garments are not washed and contain God knows what. There is an exclusionary attitude. Really aside from the "bargains" there is really nothing good about the work atmosphere at this location. You are NOT permitted to shop your own store either. Supervisors rarely engage in conversation. Some would stare right through you like you weren't even there. None of these comments reflect the severity of the many issues with this employer. Check their retention rate and that should give you some idea though. Very few stay long and if they do they have a disturbing relationship with management. Personal bias will be projected and harassment will ensue. A dark and sinister atmosphere. Beware.
