Pros

Excellent work/life balance. Unlimited PTO and flexible time off requests. The company emphasizes giving 110% while you're at work, and unplugging when you are off to enjoy personal time with friends and family.

Cons

Due to the nature of the solar industry, the landscape is ever changing and evolving, therefore many people at Palmetto have worn multiple different hats and jobs as the company continues to grow and adapt.

Pros

Great growth and support opportunities. I feel connected to my colleagues while being 100% remote. I feel credited for me work and have many opportunities to have my ideas heard. I also feel well compensated for my efforts

Cons

This company is experiencing massive growth and things change quarterly, in a good way. After my first quarter here, I was promoted to a manger and given more responsibility with capacity to make a higher commission. This change might seem uncomfortable to some but I enjoy it personally.
