8yPalmetto takes our culture very seriously and has taken steps to improve the quality of life by giving employees more control of their work schedule and added unlimited PTO . We have created a "Culture Committee" that has one member from each department to get employee input every month. We initiated Daily "Stand-ups" w/ all team members ( onsite and remote) to improve communications. Operations has been totally reorganized w/ new team members and new SOP's to improve efficiencies. Also implemented a "System Failure" policy that requires team members to review a system failure and create a new policy and process to avoid it happening again. We are constantly reviewing our culture and processes in order to improve everything we do for employees , customers, partners and vendors.
