Great forward thinking company with fantastic culture! Always seeking to improve every aspect of the business which means tons of constant growth. This company is thriving and will continue to thrive because we are aligned- which in turn creates sustainability. We know our advantages, and execute them well. Plus we have the data to back it up!

Cons

Sometimes you have to make hard decisions but no one person or persons is ever worth more than the mission. Growth involves risk. Risk involves failure. And although failure can be painful, in the end it will always result in growth/ expansion.

Wonderful, kind, and fun people. I genuinely love coming into work everyday. There's also a lot of room for growth within the company and recognition for hard work. There are certainly rough days, but it helps to be working with a great team behind you to get through it. CEO and CFO are extremely approachable and care a lot about the employees and the mission of the company.

Cons

The work hours can be long, but it's not the biggest issue when you love what you're doing.
