Pros

Great core products, great reputation in the market place, always ahead of the competition that can never get their act together.

Cons

When I started in 2012, the executive staff was amazing, and it was a great place to work. The CEO was the equivalent of JFK, and everyone loved him. But that entire exec team left, and now they have one of these slimy execs that was very involved in the WeWork slimy train wreck, which should give you an idea of what to expect.

Pros

good security platform, might be the best

Cons

New management has been very politically biased about performance. HR is their tool. New juniper, netapp, cisco employees have demoralized the culture with their agendas and departmental fiefdoms. Many ex-juniper managers are cold hearted and creating a toxic work environment. Hard work is less valued than loyalty to the new regimes. There does not seem to be a PAN culture because the long timers are leaving and the moral is so very low.

Pros

great co-workers, we all trauma bonded together over the pure chaos of this place. the benefits and stock are great as well but not worth the therapy bills! stay away!

Cons

the turnover is insane. i know people, myself include that had over 8-10 managers over a few years. no one is happy. everyone is over worked, and wins are not celebrated. it is all about management and the leadership just cares about making as much money as possible at all costs. they put people in 'people management' positions that should have NEVER been managers and is the definition of a political environment. they had / have multiple abusive managers and it was documented and HR did nothing. they do not care about you as a human - you are a number to them. if you only care about making a lot of money but have 0 WLB and insane, abusive managers this place is for you! if not, STAY THE HELL AWAY.
