      Pros

      Smart, knowledgeable, friendly co-workers. Management is excellent, they have a good plan and have an open communication attitude with the employees. Innovative and driven start up culture. Excellent salary, bonus plan, and ESPP. Technology is leading edge. In the network security market which is still growing and has room for continued innovation.

      No 401K matching yet, but this will be added.

      Top reasons to work at Palo Alto Networks: 1. Cool technology. Palo Alto Networks has THE Next-Generation Firewalls. 2. Growing company: We are growing because folks are seeing how great our products are. 3. Great people: Folks are here because they want to work here specifically, not just because its a job. 4. Two words: Pre IPO.

      Top 3 things Palo Alto Networks can improve: 1. Some of the internal tools we use could be improved. The good news is that those things are being addressed. 2. Matching 401(k). They have a 401(k) just not a matching one.
