Growing company: We are growing because folks are seeing how great our products are. 3. Great people: Folks are here because they want to work here specifically, not just because its a job. 4. Two words: Pre IPO.

      Top 3 things Palo Alto Networks can improve: 1. Some of the internal tools we use could be improved. The good news is that those things are being addressed. 2. Matching 401(k). They have a 401(k) just not a matching one.

      Pros

      Very fast pace of innovation while keeping a eye towards stability and scalability. Everyone who works there has been around the block and are there by choice. While the company has grown a lot since I started, there is still a very good start up culture that rewards innovation and diligence.

      Very fast pace of innovation means a lot of hours.
