Pros
Management is very easy going - because they don't know how to manage. You can sit and so absolutely nothing for 8 hours and get paid. Long lunches - no one notices you're gone. Higher pay than others, even the receptionist makes more than $16 hourly
Cons
Training is non-existent. Managers cannot manage. New hires wait between 2-4 weeks for usernames for company accounts. No room to grow, ever.
