      Learning of the insurance industry is encouraged, but not beyond immediate job duties. High dependency on IT despite very limited budget.

      Cons

      High Nepotism from people who have been there 30 plus years. Rounds of layoffs very common. If you want to be promoted, wait 10 plus years.
