      Good place to get entry level experience and learn some basics of the insurance industry, good employee benefits, decent work-life balance

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic workplace, company-wide nepotism, many managers have obtained their position through extensive years with the company and not necessarily managerial talent, pay is way less than industry/location average and one should not expect more than 3%
