Pros

The pay is $16/hr You get to eat the food there for free

Cons

Work everyday was very hectic, lots of people come in and you have to work at a fast pace. The employees there were really strict and mean, only few were nice. You have to clean the lobby before you can get a break. If you work 4 hours then you would get 10 min of break. But if you worked for 6 hours then you would get 30 min of break (no pay). During your break you can eat the food there for free. Overall, not a good place for your first job.

Pros

Time passes by quickly there’s always something to do! The managers are always willing to help no matter what. You get a free meal in your paid ten minute break. Many valuable lessons to be learned

Cons

It can get a little tough to manage when understaffed. Sometimes disorganized.

I really love all the benefits, my co-workers and the customera, the good environment to work in, the great organization, and the easy going always ready to help out at synergy about it.

Wish they made schedule farther in advance, but not many cons for Panda
