Pros

The company mission statement and values are great in theory. The company is successful company. Andrew and Peggy are great.

Cons

Do not get injured. The company will use you until you can not work anymore. Put blame of poor performance on you when you are struggling with an injury. Pay seems better than average until you see you are calculated for 40 hours of work when you are required to work 54 hours or more. The more hours you work, the less pay. No holiday pay for GM an expected to work all of the holidays. The company says it cares for it's "internal guests" however they work them like mules. Labor deployment is joke when you try to provide great FAST service with minimum labor. Look at the turnover rate at the company.

Pros

Good pay in comparison to most fast food restaurants, free lunch, easy to move up if you're a good employee and let your manager know of your interest, tuition assistance for managers regardless of major

Cons

Constantly managers from other stores/upper management coming in and changing the rules. One tells you to do X, then another comes in and yells at you for doing X. The hours can be intense (double shifts 2 days in a row). No work/life balance for managers (one of the main reason why I left. I want to move up in a company but didn't like how Panda treats its managers). Your GM and ACO and make or break your experience. It entirely depends on your area. I started with a great GM and ACO, then transferred to another state with a different ACO and it was HORRIBLE. Lacks consistent training for hourly and salary employees.
