      Pros

      They are very flexible when scheduling hours. There is a lot of opportunity for moving up in the company.

      Cons

      Hired under the impression that I was going to be trained for management, but it never happened. Everyone who worked there was overly competitive. Everyone was very disrespectful to each other and impatient with one another. Team members were very disrespectful to the manager even to the point of calling him stupid to his face. Never had a real break. Was overworked because they were understaffed.

      Pros

      The customers were my favorite part of working at Panda Express. They were all so warm and friendly, and I was pleased with serving them.

      Cons

      The coworkers at this specific Panda Express were horrible. There was no sense of organization and three different employees were in charge of training, and they all had conflicting opinions of doing things. If one employee trained me to stack the cartons in a specific order, another employee would disagree and tell me it was wrong. It was back and forth and very redundant. The entire job itself was exhausting simply for that matter.
