learning patience

Pros

Worked here when I was in high school. The staff is very friendly and willing to train and be patient with you. Pay was consistent.

Cons

Ended up smelling like the food at the end of the day. Lunch and dinner time are the "rush" hours. I learned a lot of patience with people and learned to be quick on my feet and communicate with my co workers.

Pros

Decent pay, owners love their employees, they take all GMs and up to Hawaii every 2 yrs for a conference

Cons

All upper management in west Texas are lazy, and want us to do what they say not what they do! They create a huge hostile environment. "100% intensity and work ability" is what they want but how can we put 100% when the Mum, ACO,rdo, VPO and zip only put 50%? Something is not right! And when we don't put 100% they threaten our jobs... Who would want to work in that environment?!

Pros

Free meals, a great place to make new friends. Its a fast food job, so it is what it is.

Cons

Very long hours and demanding job. For the amount of money employees make, they expect a lot and want you to care about the company. Working multiple 12 hour days in a row is rough. Not a bad temporary job, but a career here is too demanding, and scheduling is all over the place, so work life balance is bad. GM's are afraid of upper management and detail clean worthless things (like the calculator) because they are trying to brownnose. Worthless, fake, cheesy corporate values. Also their new slogan of cooking "food with passion" and "service with heart" is extremely fake amd cheesy. Someone ay corporate came up with it and thoughy highly of themselves, even though it is a fake worthless slogan that employees wont (and shouldnt) take seriously.
