      Pros

      High pay for a fast food restaurant Good learning experience Free meals 20% discounts 401K Friendly co-workers (most of the time) Opportunity to move up in company

      Cons

      Life/work balance Management is horrible No raise until 6 months of working No bonus even though we were promised one Costumers Cooks yell when we ask for food too much but they don't cook it Stress No one helps you when working drive thru So many people got fired in a short amount of time

      Pros

      It can be a very interesting entry level job. It's a big company and employees are treated fairly. One can gain some good customer service experience. If you like the food there and don't mind eat it everyday, then the employee meal is a plus.

      Cons

      It can be boring and there is not much new stuff to learn once you have stayed long enough, unless you move up to manage level. One has to a lot cleaning job. For example, every new employee has to clean the bathroom.

      Okay for a first job, but not much room for growth

      Pros

      I liked working here as a first job because they seemed to be mostly okay with someone making small mistakes. They knew it is bound to happen so they're pretty happy to help out and fix your issues. You also get a lot of customer service experience.

      Cons

      Management can be a bit iffy. Sometimes the hours or hard but it's not unbearable.
