      Pros

      -$9/hour starting salary -Opportunity for flexible/more hours -Free food -Co-workers/some higher staff

      Cons

      -The standards are frankly just too high. The pass/fail system is ridiculous. Give your employees some slack. -Language barrier. -Changes in schedule night before/day of -Posting schedule late -Very little positive reinforcement

      Pros

      Decent start off pay but that's about it.

      Cons

      -Bad leadership -Too many minorities speaking different languages -Only Asians allowed in management positions -Feels awkward being the only white person of probably 15 minorities -Bad communication between management and employees (especially when you can't understand what they are saying)

      Pros

      Great first job out of high school. Lots of hours. Managers always willing to train employees to take on more responsibilities. Lots of opportunities to grow within the company. Made lots of great friends.

      Cons

      Told I was cheap labor. Had too many hours. Never had a real break because I was a person in charge. Trained and worked as an assistant manager but paid as a counter help. Taken advantage of. If you are not willing to sacrifice your entire life to panda then you will not be able to get ahead.
