Pros

free food was always great but it did not outweigh the cons

Cons

-horrible senior management who cares strictly about profits and do not care about the well-being of employees - slow to repair broken equipment making work much more difficult for employees yet they still expect optimal levels of efficiency -poor morale, no one is motivated to work because of the "shaming" that happens in the groupchats they create. It also contributes to a horrible work-life balance because they expect you to reply and acknowledge the groupchat every single day even if you're not working -they use the groupchat to publicly inteorrogate employees and nit-pick on things.

The pay is good, the food is delicious and we make sure that the standards are met. Upper management is very understanding

Cons

Can’t think of any honestly. I had a great time working there.

Its a good job for a bit

Pros

Free meal during your shift, plus 20% off friends and family discount. Opportunity for raises and growth. You won't be bored working there! It's a good starter job to learn different things.

Cons

Very labour intensive. At least at my branch, everything had to be super cleaned for management, including every wire on a wire rack. Micro-managed down to how many paper towels we can use to dry our hands. Being outside of America, it was frustrating to update or do different things, as everything had to go back to California for approval. 5 steps of service was expected for every customer, but annoyed the regulars a lot. Our branch was also understaffed constantly as there was a high turnover. The more you move up, the more issues you see which is why many employees would just stay crew members or key holders than go onto management.
