Pros

Compared to other jobs with the same title, they pay slightly more on your per hour rate. If you are willing to learn, they are fairly supportive in letting you learn new function within the store. You can get 401K, health insurance etc. if you choose to. Caveat: It depends on the store manager.

Cons

Advancement to manager level would usually require four years degree and it seems that the company would prefer to hire a newly graduated university students rather than organic growth.

Pros

Free food when working, and a 20% discount when you are not working. Clean environment, and ok pay for a food industry job.

Cons

You have to pretty much do everything they say to the T if you want even a chance of moving up, however, even those chances are slim. Even then, they will still want to work you. Manager use to work 40 hours a week, and recently REQUIRE 50 hours a week, with same pay. Upper management doesn't really know how to motivate people to work more efficiently, instead offer termination on anything they can find, and will never complement you, as they just expect you to excel. In the end, they really offer no incentives to work there unless it's sales bonus, which you can just do the minimum to get through days if you happen to work at a busy store.

Pros

You're allowed free food while you work, and it's 20% off when you're not working there. My store is almost always busy so not a ton of down time. Good pay compared to other fast food companies.

Cons

I was told to expect great advancement opportunities which have yet to appear. The manager thinks it's ok to criticize employees right in front of customers. While they reserve the right to fire you for messing up the cash more than three times in a year, they also don't really want you double checking your numbers. The shift schedule isn't posted in a timely manner very often.
