-Free meal for all employee. -20% discounts for all employees. -Good 401k. -Good opportunities if you got into a good store, if not, Goodluck.

Cons

-Loads of work. stressful. -No teamwork. -they give you a very low or sometimes no Raise even after you did everything. -Very low PTO hours. -No sick leave hours. -No bonus for regular employees.

Pros

The staff at my location, we're like a family. We all help when and where is needed. We can lean on each other when we need to. I have seen first hand the staff go above and beyond to make sure the food comes out fresh, the customers are happy. Our employees make this place. The positive attitude, the clean environment, the laughter, the team work. All of it has an effect on the building, the customers, the staff. And it all works because WE give our all to each other. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else, with anyone else.

Cons

There is only one con. The hours can be on the slim side if you are not a manager, main cook. That being said, management is always hard at work to accommodate schedules and things like that. And as I do not have a management position, I may not see everything that's going on behind the scenes.
