Pros

This is a good job for a high school student or someone just getting new to the workforce. The good news is if you're a manager you don't have to do the annoying work.

Cons

The pay is minimum wage for making sandwiches, salads and paninis. There is not room for much personal growth. Employees flood in and out because the work is difficult.

Pros

Friendly Coworkers, Good Food, flexible shifts, very community centric with left over bread donations. Decent training and easy to quickly learn

Cons

difficult to move up if you don't have connections inside, hard workers are overlooked but often called up to fix mistakes, unrealistic goals of service.
