      50% off food, free drinks, free food depending on the manager

      The management is TERRIBLE. Sometimes I never got breaks, and that was when someone was a no call no show. When I did get breaks, they were usually cut short because management didn't want to help our with slower people. No one followed company standards either. Many times I was almost written up because I followed standards and management didn't agree with what I was doing. I was also promised a promotion and never got it because the district manager said that I was "Too young". They also don't tell you about raises, and they usually never give them.

      A good discount on meals.

      Though this is not the worst job I've ever had, it has quite a few cons- Rude employees. Lack of communication. A highly unorganized place. You are easily taken advantage of. Good luck trying to get a break. They expect way too much work from you for a very low pay, youre often exhausted the next day unless youre young and full of boundless energy (which is something they also take advantage of). Its impossible to call out. They have no sympathy. There is way too much blaming going on there and too many arguments. Too much micromanaging!
