Pros

Most of the staff are very friendly. A good many of the regular customers are as well, and you will get some valuable experience in customer service and food prep. Mostly a very welcoming place to work.

Cons

Pay is pitiful, although it has increased somewhat. Yearly raises are almost laughably low. Work is demanding. Pay and Benefits used to be great until our franchise was bought out by Corporate. I would not recommend working at a Corporate Panera Bread.
