Pros

Customer interaction was great, and the food was good.

Cons

Management was inefective and unfair. I chose that job because the manager talked up communication. Unfortunatly he only listened to words of praise. Assistant managers were either nasty or beaten down into not caring what went on. Favorites weren't required to follow the rules and many a good employee was let go due to not playing that game.

1. 50-55 hour work week. 2. Working a position while running shift. 3. Working 3 out of 4 weekends.

Fun atmosphere Respectful Management who truly care about you as a person Committed to their job Great location Flexible hours and workable with alternate commitments Friendly employees

Cons

Some of the work can be grungy (i.e. scrubbing out trash cans or doing bathroom duty) but those are, at times, the requirements of the job Sometimes work could get monotonous, but your job is what you make of it
