Pros

Evenings off usually, the chance for tips and paid mileage for deliveries.

Cons

No health insurance benefits or PTO for sick or vacation. You are expected to do all catering orders regardless of it only being a $16 bagel pack or not. Most people do not tip. Low hourly wage. Have to make the entire order yourself. Extreme overwork while being grossly underpaid. Have to come in weekends and evenings if there are catering orders so your life revolves around a low paying position without benefits.

Pros

definite room for growth within the company

Cons

everything is two sided, everyone does things differently and it makes it hard to train one person properly. too many things slip through the cracks, only when important people come around do they actually do things the way they are supposed to

Pros

awesome co-workers, health benefits, great company, decent pay

Cons

not a lot of options for raises unless you become management (which I was warned was a black hole)
