Pros

I love to drive and with this job it's all about driving!!! Also the environment and the food is good!!! A job to have if your looking for a little extra money.

Cons

The store I work at is a Franchise store and the management there seem to always be stressed out. They even cut all of our hours because they say it's not in their budget.

Pros

Open to a conversation between staff and management, tattoos can be displayed, if you are hired with piercings you just have to put a clear plug through them instead of a stud, friendly coworkers, and its easy to make friends.

Cons

I have been dying my hair for over a year now and just was told after my most expensive job that it was not allowed, management is a give and take I have worked with some of the best managers that I know and some verbally abusive management or management that disregards my identities, they do not shift and adjust pay wages to reflect the abilities and length of employment between different employees, Panera does not take a stand on controversial issues so there have been homophobic/transphobic comments made by the older goers of Panera that we are not allowed to take a stand against, and HR is difficult to get a hold of and would rather fire the lowest person in the issue then attack the actual issue.

Pros

-very competitive wages -reasonable hours with some flexibility -easy work, no actual cooking -room for growth/advancement I recently got hired on as a Catering Coordinator at Panera Bread. Having worked in several full service restaurants, I can tell you that it's difficult to find a place where not only are the people warm and friendly, but everyone really seems to be part of the team. I work in a cafe that does triple the business it was built for, so it's very crowded, and it can get absolutely crazy sometimes. So far, however, I have yet to see anyone get mad and yell at each other, there's no uncomfortable grab-assing, everything is clean and professional. There are many trainers and leaders making up a very strong support structure. Training is, while a tad long winded, extremely thorough and informative.

Cons

I work in a cafe with 80+ employees, and as a result there are some folks that don't get along as exquisitely as the rest. There is a little bit of drama among the younger staff, while supervisors seem to be a little too quick to pat themselves on the back for being essentially babysitters. That being said, it's still a good environment overall.
