Pros

There are good people that keep you going back. The employees that are at your level or work below you are hard workers most of the time. It's the management that has the just problems.

Cons

Management doesn't care about their employees they just care about their end of year bonuses. The prices continue to increase while the quality stays the same or even decreases. We changed to food that wasn't as fresh to cut costs but kept the prices the same. My general manager was the reason I quit because he was terrible at motivation and seemed to only care about himself. He showed bias with favorite employees who could do no wrong and his least favorites could never do anything right.

doesnt actually care about employees. will pick on employees until their breaking point. will overwork you just to make money, in all weather events and even when the bathrooms are leaking sewage.
