Had to schedule on boarding multiple times. I had virtually no support, most managers and team leads acted like I was bothering then when I asked question then I was blamed for not asking for help. I was given me about 5 hours a week when I was hired for 20. Myself and others asked for more hours and were told no, while management complained about being understaffed. Management consistently complied about each other and new hires behind their backs to others.
