      Pros

      You will never have to worry about needing another job ever. It's hard to get fired unless you are purposely unethical or beyond lazy. You get paid well to do very little. Stick to the rules and you'll be making bank.

      Cons

      It's a slow, slow pace of a job, and it has more red tape than you could imagine. The need to follow protocol to the letter creates a slow work pace that ends up with a ton of busy-body types due to the work not being time consuming enough. A lot of trying to get ahead by back biting.
