Pros

People are ok if you were in the right circle and position. WLB is decent minus the drive out. You are able to leave your work at work.

Cons

Poor pay for the work allotted. More focus on paper work vs. the actual engineering work. A lot of Red Tape to even get the smallest things accomplished. On-call rotation.
