I do not have any at the moment.

Cons

The company used to be full of lovely people who were fun to work with but once the owners hired someone to be In charge of Operations, a lot of good people who were good at their job was either let go or quit.

We also want to stress that the changes that have occurred within the company over the past three years have all been made to support not just the overall success of the organization but also the individual success of its employees. Additionally, we remain committed to creating a positive work environment for all employees as we know this is crucial to our mission. As the company progresses, we understand that some would prefer that things stay the same, but we feel that would be unfair to those who invest their focus and energy into achieving bigger and better things that benefit both our entire team as well as those who choose to live in our communities.

Cons

Training is very limited Celebrating success is inconsistent Policy changes are constant No room for growth at the moment No culture in workplace or company Loss of focus towards the front line team/onsite/maintenance/vendors Not a lot of interaction with upper management No clear, defined guidelines of team member/upper management roles Decision making is top down-onsite team/front line/maintenance/management is not part of making decisions Little to no feeling of empowerment from front line, onsite team, maintenance to management side

These objectives include establishing real, workable resources that allow our on-site teams to maximize their skills and be the best at what they do.
