Pros

Upper management is kind and thoughtful. Panco recently took over my property and they have been amazing. It's been a breath of fresh air compared to being in 3rd party deals. Good systems. Training is hands on.

Company organization is magical Training is thorough Staff is AMAZING, I love my team. Growth opportunities, Panco is constantly growing Benefits are great

Cons

Hours, this isn't a Panco con , just an industry con. Property Management hours are 9-6, work life balance in this industry is always a bit of a struggle. But with a good time off system, it's definitely manageable.
