Upper Management treats you with respect and values you as an employee. I see co- workers around me being promoted, and I know if I put in the work and dedication I will have same opportunity.

Cons

I know because of Covid it’s difficult, but I wish we had some more company wide gatherings.

Pros

The support you get from the corporate office is great. The company trusts you to get the job done and appreciates your skill, knowledge and experience. the atmosphere at Panco is friendly and positive. This is the best company I have ever worked for, hands down.

Cons

I Think the uniforms for the maintenance staff could use updating.

Pros

Panco has a great support system, from the corporate office on down. They are big on home/work balance and pay very well. I have grown and learned so much since working for this company, I truly think they are a great company.

Cons

I personally haven't experienced any negative reasons to not work for this company. As I said they pay well so I expect to have to work hard.
