Amazing management, ability to grow/ your regional management will put time and effort into making sure your career goals are met, great culture, owner managed properties.

Cons

While benefits are reasonably priced for an individual they are expensive for a family.

Great company culture, environment and leadership. I love the team I work with, and everyone I have encountered has been lovely and professional. The company offers competitive salary and benefits. This is a company I will invest my future with.

Cons

There really isn't any downtime so be prepared to work hard!

The culture truly focuses on the company as a whole with each person contributing to the organization’s overall success. Additionally, the company has steadfastly navigated through the challenges of the current COVID pandemic providing solid leadership and guidance while placing the well-being of both employees and community residents at the forefront of every decision. It is clear that Panco is positioned for future growth and sincerely recognizes the important role that each employee plays in this effort.
