Pros

I feel Panco has been able to allow me to grow within the company. I feel Panco has always provided great support to their residents and staff. I also am thankful that Panco has taken care of their staff even through the Pandemic.

Cons

Within 9 years of being with Panco i have not really experienced much disappointments. I feel the company continues to grow and loves to see there team develop to greater thing.

Amazing management, ability to grow/ your regional management will put time and effort into making sure your career goals are met, great culture, owner managed properties.

Cons

While benefits are reasonably priced for an individual they are expensive for a family.

Great company culture, environment and leadership. I love the team I work with, and everyone I have encountered has been lovely and professional. The company offers competitive salary and benefits. This is a company I will invest my future with.

Cons

There really isn't any downtime so be prepared to work hard!
