The culture truly focuses on the company as a whole with each person contributing to the organization’s overall success. Additionally, the company has steadfastly navigated through the challenges of the current COVID pandemic providing solid leadership and guidance while placing the well-being of both employees and community residents at the forefront of every decision. It is clear that Panco is positioned for future growth and sincerely recognizes the important role that each employee plays in this effort.

New Leadership Caused 7 Corporate Employees to Quit in a Matter of Months

Pros

I used to have so many pros about working here and gladly put in 10-12 hour days when we were all collectively working towards becoming an industry leading company. When leadership changed, the entire culture changed so badly and so drastically that nearly every department head and other corporate employees voluntarily left.

Cons

New leadership refused to acknowledge what was going well and the industry leading practices in place. They would rather just replace current processes and employees with those that they used/worked with at their prior company. The whole thing seemed very ego driven and not based off of an actual need for improvement.

Pros

Great coworkers, excellent support from regional management, training, compensation very competitive. Really great work life balance - better than competitors in the industry.

Cons

Healthcare packages not the best in the industry, but still good. IT and other Helpdesk departments get overloaded with work so would be great if those departments could be expanded.
