Good Company

Pros

I enjoy working with the company. Cannot really complain at the moment A LOT has improved

Cons

Benefits are not that great. Upper Management makes it difficult to move up in the company. Pay increases are so little. You have to take on the role of being maintenance, manager, accountant and still some how be a leasing agent.

Pros

This company was amazing and still is much better than most in the area! Used to be a small business who really only cared about their employees and their overall resident satisfaction. Still has a good pay scale and an overall really food company to work for. They still generally want all their properties and employees to succeed.

Cons

Unfortunately the new corporate team has lost the appreciation of what an on-site team sees on a day-to-day basis and what they have to offer as the actual face the consumer sees. Company starting to lean more towards the profit than customer service. Benefits could also definitely be improved.
