In my last year at Panco, I have had nothing but positive experiences. When I made the choice to look for a new job, work/life balance, employee engagement, and a challenging work environment were at the top of my list and Panco has exceeded at my expectations. The leadership is welcoming and supportive, and have done an excellent job of creating a joyful work culture.

I love working for the people I report to. Jennifer Mitchell has provided me such great tutelage and is highly approachable. Kathy Masterson's vision for the company is clear and provides me with a want to achieve more.

Cons

The cash flow and funding at one of my properties creates an obstacle to get the building the attention it deserves.
