I wish I could update my previous posting because Panco Management has gone downhill with new leadership. There’s a reason why the majority of the corporate team has left, many of whom had been with the company almost 10 years. The benefits continue to be awful, despite promises by HR to make them better, and the pay extremely low. It’s no coincidence that the decline in moral and high employee turnover happened within months of new executives starting. They lack the leadership skills that this company has always thrived on. It is not an enjoyable place to work at anymore. You’ll just be a number and when your number is up, you will be replaced. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.
