Having worked for them the last 5 months I have found the work environment to be good, the staff have been great. Good Management and regular bonuses.

Cons

Pros

Good starting salary, generally nice properties that they purchase, and if you're lucky a Property Manager who backs you up.

Cons

Company has their own internal problems with leadership, their own internal PancoU that doesn't mean anything in the real world. Long Hours, and they recently switched to M-F then T-S schedule to avoid paying Overtime on Saturday. So some weeks you only have one day off, then throw on call on top of it, makes for a very long day. Also you can get called in before your scheduled starting time and work 12 hour shifts. Any bonus is strictly discretionary, and at times their PC culture is over the top.

Working here has been one of the best things that has happened. The management is very encouraging and truly wants to empower you to grow and become successful. The work itself is interesting and allows for exposure to many aspects of the industry. I have learned a lot.

Not really any cons. Awesome company to work for.
