Hello, thank you for providing your feedback and giving us the opportunity to improve and grow. We love to hear that you enjoy the marketing call as much as we do, as we believe in the importance of connecting as a group to share ideas! It may seem that expense reimbursements take a while to receive but we do our best to ensure our employees are reimbursed in a timely manner.

Split Personality Company

Pros

The company is growing extremely rapidly. There is a real opportunity to get promoted quickly here because they don't have enough people to do the jobs they need. There is leadership in the company trying to fix its many issues but only time will tell if they are successful.

Cons

This company saves money at all costs, including how it treats employees. It pays less than any other company in the industry. In addition, the benefits are half here what they would be anywhere else. Examples (401k match 1.5%, annual raises 2%, family health insurance costs $400 a pay period for family, etc, stay bonuses for employees during sales are laughable, they will not pay out all of your leave if you put in notice so take it all before telling them). Everyone is replaceable. The company is so disorganized that many things are promised to people that are not followed through on. You will be promised insurance will change, or something you ask for will happen and you will be stringed along. I don't believe it is malicious, I don't believe people are actually empowered to promise what they do. Don't fall into the trap or illusion that you will be taken care of. Your entire experience depends on your direct supervisor because they all run their own mini companies. Get a good one and you will be fine; get on their bad side and forget it. Promotions do not depend on your skill set but if you are in someone's "in club". Ethics is not a value of the company. Residents are treated poorly (because again we save money at all costs) people are made fun of behind their backs.

Thank you for your feedback! We are excited with the continued growth of the company, which has allowed us to offer our employees opportunities for advancement throughout the portfolio. We are always looking for ways to provide satisfying experiences to our residents and team members. Over the last couple of years, we have made several improvements to our benefit plans including the 401(k) match and vesting period, reduced medical costs across all tiers, added new company paid holidays and implemented new policies to enhance the total benefits package. We will be sure to use your feedback for improvement in the future.
