Cost of health insurance for family but we did receive a decrease in cost this year. :)

Pros

The company is growing like crazy, which provides a lot of opportunity for advancement. Most promotions are internal. There are a lot of team building and fun activities for employees; the Pantzer family invests in their associates. Health insurance costs went down this year with no change in coverage-a miracle!

Cons

The growth is explosive sometimes the structure of the organization has a hard time keeping pace.

Potential for growth and exciting opportunities. Good comradery and positive support from leadership. They also continue to implement new practices and positions as the company continues to grow, which is necessary.

Cons

The cost for benefits is high.
