      Pros

      It has a better atmosphere and environment than all other business in the industry. Management are usually very cool to their employees and have a good down-to-earth attitude as opposed to other similar business where managers seem to dislike what they're doing. Also, they always come up with ways to improve employee productivity.

      Cons

      It is my impression that sales aren't as high as for other similar businesses so it may be more difficult to put in more hours. Also, usually the delivery is a bit slow.

      Pros

      It can be a good income per hour.

      Cons

      Leaders don't spend the time training team members. Then hold those team members accountable when the situation fails. Drugs. The use of drugs in store and by employees is ridiculous. Nothing is done about it, it's simply ignored. And because it is ignored it attracted individuals who use and sell drugs. Leader have no goals or if they do it's not communicated to those below them. Clicks are formed and if you not in the right click you can be singled out, mistreated. Violations and even criminal offenses are over looked. If you do work at Pj's I'd recommend just short stay and then get out.
