      Great 401k match, good benefits, good culture if you fit the profile,

      Cons

      Growing pains, starting to make management decisions like a private equity controlled business not the family firm they claim to be. Misled the amount of overtime expected, misled about the type of work i would be doing

      Pros

      Pape-Dawson has an incredible culture. It’s collaborative, high-performing, and full of genuinely good people who care about the work and about each other. Leadership is approachable, standards are high, and teamwork is truly valued.

      Cons

      As the company continues to grow through mergers, there can be temporary challenges with standardizing processes and communication across legacy teams. Benefits are ok. There could be more company holidays or floating days for personal or cultural observances.
