Complete total compensation Project teams are normally pretty cohesive

Cons

Work is soulless on the land development side; there's nothing interesting in the DFW offices, just SF, MF, big box commercial, drive-throughs, and data centers. If you don't like your project team for whatever reason, your time will be tough

We have quarterly office meetings but it would be nice to do a company wide meeting.
