Pros

I have worked at Pape-Dawson for over 20 years and have found it to be a great place to work. The owners are active in the company and expect the best from their employees. There are many programs available for employee engagement and learning. Even though much is expected of you and their standards are high, I have always felt that they truly care for me and my family.

Cons

If you aren't self-motivated, and willing to go the extra mile at times, you may not succeed at Pape-Dawson. The opportunities are there, you just have to work for it.

Pros

Working for Pape-Dawson has shown me just how personable and family-oriented a company can be. They truly believe in a balance between work and personal life because they understand the importance of family and well being. Even among coworkers there is a community bond because we all help, support, and guide one another through projects and tasks. Pape-Dawson understands it's the people that make up the company and together we create a mutually beneficial relationship with each other, our clients, and our community.

Cons

This is a relatively fast-paced work environment, so if you're lackadaisical you may want to look elsewhere.

Pros

I feel extremely blessed to work for a company that cares so much for its employees. Pape-Dawson has a very strong reputation, highest of integrity standards, competitive salary and benefits, community service focus, strong leadership, family-first mentality, and a great work environment.

Cons

I can't think of any cons.. no workplace is perfect of course, but they really strive for excellence in all areas.
