      Pros

      Not many pros left. If I had to list one, it's the people. There are some really good people there.

      Cons

      Lacks culture although they talk this up like it's their selling point. Under pays employees. Not honest with their employees. HR severely lacks. Disappointed in this company.

      Low pay and high expectations

      Consistent work, hybrid part of the time

      Cons

      No opportunity for advancement and huge disconnect between upper management and the lower level employees- pay is absolute bare minimum, and new hires are paid more than the employees who have put years into making it “a great place to work”.
