      It’s employment but no chance of advancing

      Cons

      Culture is terrible. Senior leadership doesn’t reach out to employees to understand what is really going on.

      It's a job I guess better than being unemployed.

      Cons

      Impossible load times and planners cover up their crap planning on blaming the drivers and giving you the service failure. One of the most negative, hostile and abusive companies to their own employees I have even seen or worked for.
