      No communication. Bad management. No training.

      Concerned with the new hires and training they are receiving.

      Pros

      MOST of the people are good to work with and the guaranteed weekends home are good.

      Cons

      Some of the new driver managers talk in a way that doesn't reflect good on them. They can sometimes make you feel like they don't have your back at all with their comments and approach towards you.

      nothing good comes out of this company.

      Cons

      Old dinosaurs from old schools govern the company. Racist and discriminatory approach. Low pay compares to other same companies. Fear, bullying, and intimidating culture. Denigrate and dehumanize the company.
