Pros

- A truly values-led business - People are actually at the centre of everything we do - Not money-driven but very successful, so it's such a positive environment to work in - Flat structure, loads of opportunity - Appreciated for who you are as an individual - Recent additions to our advisory board are likely to make a big impact over the coming months and years - exciting!

Cons

- Can be incredibly fast-paced and therefore sometimes difficult to see our progress. - Normal growing pains associated with most scale-up tech companies: culture is evolving, needs for processes and structure to support people but need to be careful not to overdo it. - On a journey to increase female leadership but not quite there yet.

Pros

Incredible support at every level of the business. The company takes into consideration the experience of employees to shape policy. Very open to new ideas and welcome transparency. The coaching program is available to all employees, and has been invaluable to my growth.

Cons

Not much of a con, yet bc of the nature of remaining progressive dialing in structures is an ongoing process.
