Great work culture with solid vision and amazing opportunity for growth. Company is always striving to be better and to innovate. Pay and Benefits are virtually unrivaled

Cons

I can hardly think of cons. The only downside to the high amount of group thought/collaboration is sometimes there isn't a clear directive or call to action.

Great people Barista level coffee machine - and they send you on training to make sure you can work it! Flexible hours - great for people with kids

Cons

There's a bit of tech debt but management is keen on fixing it Some product decisions aren't explained well
